March- July 2017
Program promotion and awareness campaign.
July 7, 2017

Participation registration deadline.  Confirmation of registration receipt will be sent within 24 hours.  Companies will receive an invoice, if applicable, via email within 10 to 15 business days.
Registered companies choosing to withdraw from the process (by contacting a Best Companies Group representative) may do so by this date without incurring a withdrawal fee.

July 12, 2017

A Web link for the Email Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. The deadline to upload the file containing the email addresses is July 14. Companies that need access codes will also request them via this portal (online option only).

Deadline to submit customization requests (optional).

Deadline to request alternate language surveys (if applicable).

Deadline to submit your company’s list of employee email addresses to BCG via the Email Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses (online option only).

A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire (EQ) will be sent to the primary contact at each of the registered companies.

July 21, 2017
Paper version of the employee survey and postage-paid return envelopes are sent to the primary contact at participating companies for distribution (paper option only).

July 28, 2017

Completed Employer Questionnaires (EQs) are due.

August 4, 2017

Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via email (online option only).

August 11, 2017

Deadline for all paper versions of the employee survey.

August 18, 2017

Deadline for all online versions of the employee survey.

September 2017
BCG prepares and sends notification letters to the participants.
October 2017

The BCG Employee Feedback Reports (if purchased) are emailed to participating companies.  (Note: Companies will only receive the Demographic Report and employee comments portion of the Feedback Report at this time.)

December 2017

Event date for the “Best Places to Work in New York City” by Crain's New York Business.
December 2017

Publication date for the "Best Places to Work in New York City" by Crain's New York Business.

Late December 2017

The BCG Employee Benchmark Report portion of the Employee Feedback Report is emailed to companies after the event date (if purchased).

The BCG Employer Benchmark Summary is sent to all participating companies after the event date.
