As part of your participation, you will receive a free Employer Benchmark Summary. The Employer Benchmark Summary offers a sample of company averages on standard employee benefits and best practices--for all participants as well as those that make the list. This is a great tool to help benchmark some of the most common benefits offered compared to those of your organization.

The Employer Benchmark Summary will be emailed in electronic format in Decemberl 2013.
