The Employer Benchmark Summary offers a sample of company averages on standard employee benefits and best practices -- for all participants as well as for those who make the list. This is a great tool to help benchmark some of the most common benefits offered compared to those of your organization.
The Employer Benchmark Summary will be mailed in November 2010.
